TimeRabbit

Use this app to see how long you are on Facebook every day

When social network Facebook was launched in 2004, straightaway it was a hit though at that time no one could have predicted the monstrous size it would grow to. In 2013, just 9 years later, Facebook still serves as a place where you can go to hang out Online. And in all that socializing, it’s easy to loose track of time.

A recent survey, for example, showed that the average American spends well over 7 cooltext921482906hours on Facebook a month. Now, there’s a new app that specifically measures the time you spend on FB every day.

Called TimeRabbit, the app has been developed by Breakpoint Software Development Inc, which is owned by Kuba Udymowski-Grecki.

This stand alone app, meaning it can be used in any browser from Firefox to Windows Internet Explorer, starts the counter as soon as you log into your Facebook account. It tallies seconds, minutes & hours as long as you are on. It pauses the counter once it notices that you are idle, i.e you haven’t moved your mouse or used your keyboard for over 30 seconds. It stops the timer five seconds after the you, the user, have logged out of your Facebook account. You can have a breakdown of your statistics (weekly, monthly as well as lifetime.)

This new application is free to use.
