PubPoolr: An Online ad network that believes in keeping it simple

pubpoolrlogoPubPoolr is an Online advertising network with a technology platform which, it claims, will make an Online publisher’s life easier & will increase the Website’s overall ad yield.

One of the biggest problems small publishers & blog owners face is monetization of their ad inventory. Google Adsense can only take you so far, & any further growth is dependent on ad & traffic partnerships with large companies & other Online advertising networks.

It’s hard to this without the relationships bigger publishers have which give them access to ad inventory from large & well known brands that sell easily.

This is where Cambridge, MA, USA-based PubPoolr, which they call a “publisher advocacy network,” wants to step in & fill the void by offering relevant ads that provide the highest earnings on a per visitor basis.

Their data technology takes into account 1000s of data variables to provide ad Content which actually makes the Site more interesting & valuable for visitors, rather than just an ad occupying valuable digital real estate.

Here’s where it gets a bit interesting, because anyone thinking of giving it a whirl cannot just sign up & copy-paste a bit of code to start displaying ads. They’re pretty choosy about who they take on as publishers, & there’s a contest sitting in the middle of the sign up process.

PubPoolr is an 80:20 revenue sharing ad network, where you get 80% of the ad revenue generated by your web properties. However, any publisher who signs up now is automatically entered into an “Application Appreciation” contest. The 25 contest winners chosen at the end of the quarter will be given a 100% ad revenue payout for 3 full months. The winners can additionally refer up to five publishers to PubPoolr, who will then also get a 100% payout for 3 months.

PubPoolr explains it succinctly on their website – There is very little risk involved in joining PubPoolr & great potential rewards for doing so.
