Online communication through encrypted messaging app Perzo

What if we told you that there’s now a new Internet startup that allows you create in one place, convenient & secure communications with your personal & professional network of friends, family & colleagues, integrating the best of email, calendar, text, & messaging, that too, in encrypted messaging form? Unbelievable, right? Well, that’s exactly what Perzo claims to be – an encrypted messaging app that handles all your e-messaging from one, centralized place.

Perzo is the brainchild of former Skype Product chief David Gurle. As David himself cooltext921482906blogs: Every day, I use a plethora of tools to communicate with my personal network of family, friends, and colleagues, I use gmail, SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, Skype, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I don’t know about you, but despite all the benefits, these applications have complicated my ability communicate effectively.

Sometimes, it becomes hard to figure out what to use for whom. It seems that I need to use a different tool for everyone I want to talk to….

encrypted messaging app

That’s how the idea for Perzo was born. This encrypted messaging app is an integrated communiction platform for all electronic forms of talking to others – email, chat, messaging service, you name it.

With Perzo you have at your finger tips ability to:

  • Create private and secure spaces with your personal network in Duos (1:1) and Squads (many to many)
  • Send Off The Record messages to keep your communications safe;
  • Request Read Receipts to confirm that your critical messages are actually read;
  • Send Confidential Messages allow to lock your messages;
  • Organize into Topics your conversations with your Duos and Squads;
  • Share any file or document or image or movie: no limit in size or type.
  • Send and receive via email and/or SMS;
  • Trust that your communications are secure with our proprietary military grade encryption
  • Have a piece of mind that your data is yours, period.

The other positive part about Perzo is that it is an encrypted messaging application. Which means your messages on Perzo are encrypted & turned into gibberish using a cryptographic key generated from characters within the messages themselves. So not only the engineers at Perzo but even if agencies like National Security Agency wanna have a look at your personal messages, all that they will see is…well….gibberish.

In the past, Whats New On The Net has featured similar email apps like EncryptFree, all of which are products in the post-PRISM (of Snowden fame) era.

The other part about Perzo is that it is free & can be used by just about anybody.
