‘How to Web’ launches MVP Academy – a pre-acceleration program for startups

howtowebimaheHow to Web has announced the launch of a pre-acceleration program for central & east European tech startups. Called the How to Web MVP Academy, this is a 7-week educational program, enhanced with key connections to mentors & potential further investors, taking no equity, charging startups zero money.

In a blog post, How to Web has said every year, it strives to launch a project to boost the regional tech ecosystem. While last year, it had launched the TechHub Bucharest, creating a focal point for the local tech community in Bucharest, this year, they had decided to go ahead with the 7-week program.

The teams that will be accepted in the program will get a chance to learn directly from top tech people such as: Jon Bradford (Managing Director, Techstars), Florin Talpesand (Co- founder & CEO, Bitdefender), Cosmin Ochisor (Business Development Manager, hub:raum), Gabriel Coarna (Architect, Evernote Clearly), among others.

Applications for the program started on Apil 30 and will end on May 17. The activities will kick off on June 2, & will end on July 22 with Demo Day.
