Do you know of this alternate to Google play store called MoboMarket?

mobomarketAll of us know of Google play store from where you can download free as well as paid apps for Android devices. This, by the way, is also the default store for Android devices. But do you know there’s an alternative to Google play called MoboMarket?

Yup, MoboMarket is a 3rd party Android application that also offers you Android apps. This alternate is a product of MoboRobo, an Android sync software & application developer, established in 2011. MoboRobo has been striving to develop & publish what it claims “high-quality” Android sync software for PC & Android applications.

It’s diverse product portfolio includes:
MoboRobo – All-in-one Android Smartphone PC manager;
MoboMarket – The One-Stop Application Store for your Android;
MoboDaemon – Manage your Android from PC, wirelessly!
MoboRead – A full format Android Ebook reader;
MoboPlay – A full format Android video player;
MoboLive – An Android home desktop replacement application; Apart from the Android applications, MoboMarket also allows you to download extra themes and wallpapers, a feature not available in the default marketplace.

Since MoboMarket is a marketplace in itself, users need to install a 3rd party installer to make it work. You will even find apps that have been rejected by Google play store here, so all those unlucky developers whose Android apps have been given the pass by Google can flock here.

SwipePad

Using this new app, you can open many apps within one window

How many times have you felt like opening a second or a third app on your smartphone even as you were using an app? How many times have you prayed for an app that will allow you to open many apps simultaneously, all from within one window? Finally, your prayers have been answered.

SwipePadThis new app called SwipePad allows users to launch an app on your Android mobile computing device even as you are working in another app, without going back to the Menu of your device or switching from one app to the other. So, say, you are about to post on Facebook on your Android phone but also want to tweet at the same time…this new app is the answer.

SwipePad is a “launcher” app that allows users the means to open multiple apps from within the app they are are currently working in. With a single swipe action, users can launch anything from within any app.

It’s seems simple & intuitive to use:
1. Touch down a pre-set edge of the screen;
2. Move your finger towards the center of the screen so the pad will emerge;
3. Release your finger on a specific slot to action.
