Another startup bites the dust. Formspring, the Q & A site launched in 2009 has decided to pull down its shutters.

Announcing this on its blog post, the company said Formspring failed to continue growing its user base and engagement, despite hosting more than 30 million people on its platform.

Ade Olonoh, Founder & Chief Executive Officer wrote: I’m grateful to each of you that helped make the site better by asking questions and posting responses. None of this would have been possible without you. Through the community you created, we’ve met new people, strengthened relationships, opened our minds to different points of view, and made each other smile.

March 31 will be this site’s last day.
