Now here’s a startup which may not still give away the secret sauce but is close enough. Plague is a platform that helps spread information to as wide an Online audience as possible.

As the name suggests, Plague works like a virus, but a good one. When you spread information, it goes to the users who are closest to you physically. The infected users can spread information exponentially further or they can resist the epidemic by keeping the information to themselves.

What this new smartphone app does is give anyone & everyone a fair & equal chance to be heard by the whole network right from the start – there is no friending or following on Plague. If your information is interesting to people, it can eventually spread to the entire world. That’s what this new social communications app,developed in Lithuania is all about.

…and by the way, do not get confused between this new app & Plague Inc., which is a mobile game…2 different things, baby.

When you post your Content, it goes on to the nearest 4 smartphones which have the Plague app installed, & “infects” them with your Content. It is then left to these 4 to spread the infection by scrolling the screen up, in turn, infecting 4 others. You can also choose to comment on any given post.

What, of course, is crucial is that your phone & so of the others, must have this new smartphone app installed.
