CRAPCHA

First there was CAPTCHA, now there is CRAPCHA

By now most of us Web surfers are familiar with CAPTCHA, the squiggly piece of code in a box, either in the form of numbers or letters that you need to type out to prove you are human & not a bot.

But hey, now there’s CRAPCHA or Completely Ridiculous And Phony Captchas that Hassle for Amusement. This Internet news is sure to make you smile. The sole purpose of this phony CAPTCHA is to annoy users by presenting a CAPTCHA with indecipherable text. It does not validate anything but website owners can install it on their sites to annoy readers or those who want to post comments.

CRAPCHA has been designed by Thomas Park of Drexel University, Philadelphia.
