Once they do that, they receive a code which they can then embedd on their site. No other installation or tech expertise is required.

At the front end, visitors logging into sites that have TrackChat box installed will be greeted by a chat box with the message – We are Online, chat with us. This, & everything else is customizable.

At the back end, when the user visits the Chat console page, he/she will see all the Online visitors on the left hand menu, whereas the new chats will be seen in the main window. Web masters can scan a visitor’s location, city, IP address, duration of visit, his previous and current viewing, browser name & version as well as his operating system.

A feature one can look for in this app is that TrackChat can also control your live chats through its TrackChat Command. All commands begin with an exclamatory mark, so the next time a web master wants a record of a previous conversation which was successful, he simply has to type – !success. So if a web master or administrator types commands like !help, !success, he/she will know how a particular chat has turned out. There are a few other, such helpful commands available with TrackChat.
