Animated stickers app for iOS, anyone?

Stickers are old hat in Online social communication by now. There’s a new iOS app called Duckey whose developers seem to think otherwise.

new iOS app

The team at LittleBigFun say it realized that the Apple App store did not really have apps dedicated to stickers so decided to go ahead & build one themselves.

Rather than use plain ole’ text or emojis, the team behind this new app thought why not build an iOS keyboard featuring only the best animated characters, to make users’ chats “more expressive & fun”. This was born, Duckey.

Using this new iOS app, you can:

– Express yourself with animated stickers (yes, everything is animated)

– Send fun stickers straight from your keyboard, works with messages, e-mail & more

– A growing library

LittleBigFun is a kinda veteran of Online stickers & emojis, have previously made apps in this genre.

Automation of your tasks on your iOS device with new app called Workflow

new iOS app

Using your apps on your iOS device & connecting them to certain actions is what this new app Workflow is all about. It is “your personal automation tool”, enabling you to drag & drop any combination of actions to create powerful “workflows”.

There are around 150 actions already included in the Workflow app. These include action for adding/deleting Contacts, for the Calendar, Maps, Music, Photos, Camera, Reminders, Safari, AirDrop, Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox, Evernote, & iCloud Documents, to name a few.

For example, you can use Workflow to:
* Make animated GIFs
* Add a home screen icon that calls a loved one
* Make PDFs from Safari or any other app
* Get directions to the nearest coffee shop in one tap
* Tweet the song you’re listening to
* Get all of the images on a web page
* Send a message including the last screenshot you took

Your workflow creations can be launched from inside the Workflow app or from other apps using Workflow’s Action Extension. You can even export a workflow as a standalone app on your home screen.

For now, Workflow is meant only for iOS devices like your iPhone & iPad.
